Peter is a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty, Brokerage.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker over a decade ago, he worked as a real estate appraiser from 2005 until 2010. Early in his real estate career, he became a Director with the Board of Directors on the Simcoe & District Real Estate Board and in 2016 Peter served as the Board President. He has also served on several Provincial Ontario Real Estate Association Committee’s.

Peter has helped many first-time homebuyers find that first home; assisting and guiding them to ensure their money is well spent in creating a foundation of a solid real estate investment. He has also worked with those people looking to retire and settle in Port Dover and Norfolk County. Downsizing can be a challenge and having grown up in Port Dover, Peter’s extensive knowledge of the local real estate market ensured the transactions went smoothly and stress-free.

Peter previously volunteered with the local Lions Chapter and is a current member of Erie #149 Masonic Lodge. He is also currently a board member of the Brant-Haldimand-Norfolk Legal Clinic.

Peter is married to his best friend Linda, and they have two children, William, and Tasha. Peter is proud of his many years of service in the Canadian Military and is proud that his son has continued a family tradition of service to Canada.
